I am unable to log into the site to fix the theme. The theme is broken in
such a way as not not give you choices under the Prefs menu. The error in
the theme seems to be "above" the section where the side menu's are built,
and therefore they do not show correctly.
I will play around with #themes and see what I can do.
Thanks for the advice...

Ben,
Do not confuse the discussiongroup with the membership group. The login
info is in the membershipgroup not the discusstiongroup.
I thought that the #themes would change it but it doesn't. I suggest that
you go into frontier and goto the #template to fix the bad template, if that
is what is happening here. Also you could try to choose a different themes
by logging into the site.
:)

Thanks, Joe.This really seems to be on the right track. However, is
there some trick to "Applying" these settings? I edited my
Theme|LastThemeApplied, went back to my website, refreshed, but it didn't
change. I tried several things, including closeting and restarting
Frontier, but to no avail. What am I missing? Also, will editing this
password using this technique allow me to log in and change my Prefs? Or is
it merely to login to the discussion groups? Thanks again,Ben VegiardAIS

Ben,
1) Yes you can change it Frontier ....
a.. In Frontier, Click on windows->manilaWebsites.root (on the menu
bar). This is where Frontire keeps info on all your manila web sites. You
can change things and lock out members if needed.
b.. Choose the site you need to change the password (make sure it is
highlighted) & press the + key to expand it.
c.. Choose & Expand #membershipGroup.
d.. Choose & expand users.
e.. Choose & expand the user you want to change the password for.
f.. Edit the password field by clicking inside and changing the
text.
g.. Done.
h.. PS: to close the expansions click - button.
2) Yes you can change to site's theme/template in Frontier
a.. It is in the manilaWebsites.root as well.
b.. Choose and expand #themes to change the site's theme.
c.. Choose and expand #template to change the themes template.
d.. Done
3) I do not know about unflipping.

Several Questions:
1) My password has been changed, and I no longer can log into one of
my
sites. At the moment, my SMTP service is having problems, so I
cannot have
it mailed to me. Is there a way to reset the password for a site
using the
Frontier at the server console?
2) I have a site up with a bad template. The reset process
described in the
docs (going to sitename/resettemplate (I forget the exact address))
doesn't
work as it simply resets back to this bad template. Can the
template be
changed via another method, say (again) from the server console?
The site
is http:\\online.activeinfosys.com:81\horizon.
3) I'm still looking for an answer to "un-flip" one of my other
sites. I
slipped the page while playing around, and now have a blank story
that I no
longer want. That site is
http:\\online.activeinfosys.com:81\maxscrub
Thanks!
