View Department Icon Not Working

It could be that one of your department names has something in it 
that's causing a problem, perhaps a non-ASCII character that was 
pasted in from MS Word or something like that? You might want to 
review the names for apostrophes, quotes and other characters that 
look like plain text but aren't.
