If you're on the machine that Manila is running on, try opening a Web
Browser and hitting: http://127.0.0.1 or http://127.0.0.1/ControlPanel

That tells it to hit the local Web server and pull up whatever it's
serving.

If you're on another machine, open your Web browser and type in
http://x.x.x.x or http://x.x.x.x/ControlPanel where "x.x.x.x" is the IP
address on that machine.
