Editors Password

Is there a quick and easy way to find an editors password? I have a site
that I have a couple of managing editors setup for (myself included), and
one of them has forgotten their password. Short of removing them from the
managing editors group and re-adding them, is there a way to find out what
their password is. And/or is there a way to re-assign them a password?
