Manila's new aggregator at editthispage or weblogger?

Michael,

Weblogger.com is not a Userland site. The two Userland sites which use
Manila are editthispage.com and weblogs.com.

I've asked the question three times and have not received any response. I'll
venture a guess here that the silence means Userland is planning to offer
the Manila aggregator along with other functionality like instant outlines
to the site owners on the Userland servers as a premium paid service.
