Big Trouble

Ok Folks:

The saga continues. The last few days I've been doing lots of changes 
to a site for a class. Substantial changes. Today I decided to quit 
Frontier and copy the files in various folders to a backup frontier 
folder I have on another disk. So far cool. I also played a bit with 
the Domains settings trying to figure out if that would help my 
redirection problem. This is what I find now. When I type the address 
to my site (the one I've been working on) it takes me back to an older 
version of the site without any of the substantial changes I made. How 
do I go about restoring? I've had the automatic backup and receive the 
email telling me of the backup.

Any help, pretty please?
