help with posting pictures on someone else's weblog

<P>I've been posting responses on someone else's blog for a while and would now like to post a picture along with my response. I see that other people do this, but I can't figure out how. </P>
<P>I've got the photo as a jpeg file and I even started a group through my hotmail account and uploaded the picture there. I just don't know how to go from there.</P>
