Comments for stories?

Every story is also a news item. For example:

http://talkabout.editthispage.com/stories/storyReader$267
is a story.

http://talkabout.editthispage.com/discuss/msgReader$267
is the same text item as a news item to which you can add comments.

Note that every news item is not necessarily a story.
