Editing and MSWord

uh the convert to HTML then copy method doesn't work.

The best way to do this is to copy the content from Word, then open Wordpad in 
your assessories menu. once that is open, click edit>PasteSpecial. A dialog 
will appear select "unformatted Text".  Once it has been "Cleaned" you can 
then re-copy the content and then past it onto your website.

it's not ideal, but it's the only way that seem to work.
