Broken GEMS

Help.....


My users are creating and linking GEMS, but when you click on the link to
download any of them you get the following error message..

"Sorry! There was an error: Can't process the request because there is no
object named "gems"."

The uploaded files on the server exist and file path in the URL seems to be
valid.
