[UNCLASSIFIED]prefs macro error

It's most likely due to prefs.root not being updated.

On accessing the prefs page of a manila site, the following error message is
returned:

[Macro error: Can't call the script "browser" because it doesn't define a
parameter named "flEvaluateConditions"] 

This site is a straight vanilla manila site with no (old and forgotten)
filters, callbacks, etc.

Frontier, Manila, and MR roots are uptodate as of 5 minutes ago - still same
problem.

Any suggestions?
