If you can rename the hard drive on the new machine to be the same as the old server, you could just drag across the entire folder and then upgrade the 9.0 install to 9.5.

Or if you want to start clean, just move across the manilaWebsites.root file (and any other root files that have site data) and I can email you a script to install all the sites in the file.
