To the best of my knowledge, there is not. You could probably use an openWindow callback for this though.

The script or an address reference to it should go at user.callbacks.openWindow. It takes one parameter, the name or address of the window.

Note: The openWindow callback is wired into the Tools framework, so if you're writing a Tool, the place for this is the tool's toolSuite.callbacks.user.openWindow callback script.
