something wasn't saved before you restarted the server, so things are out of sync. There are 4 distinct addresses that must be set up correctly for a Manila site to work.

For sitename xxx, typically you need

* user.databases.xxx - table entry
* config.manila.sites.xxx - address of xxxManilawebsite
* in members root, an entry called xxxMembers - @xxxManilawebsite.["#membershipgroup"]
* in discuss root, an entry called xxxDiscuss - @xxxManilaWebsite.["#discussionGroup"]

shared membership, or shared discussion groups will look differently.

Best way is to uninstall and iunstall again, from admin iste or from server console..
