If you know the password, you would need to login as the user and use the change password form.

To reset you would need to navigate to the #membershipGroup.users sub-table of the Manila site. Expand the table named using the user's email address.

If you select the password value, then using the Kind drop down select String.

Modify the value and you can return it to a Binary value.
