This problem seems to be related to how the url for the edit button is created.

http:\//127.0.0.1:5335/manilaEdit/editAdvancedItem?d=Limeade&itemType=CSS..

itemType is "CSS" which works fine for manilaSuite.sitePrefs.utility.PikeButton the script that constructs the URL but later on when the itemType is passed to a script like manilaSuite.custody.getAdvancedItemAddress an error is thrown. The latter expects "cascading style sheet".

My temporary workaround was to add a "css" case item to manilaSuite.custody.getAdvancedItemAddress.
