Lawrence, this does't appear as an option on my Frontier Admin site Tools page. The only thing I see there is "TheXMLFiles" with a check mark next to it. Nothing else in this list.

Is there something I can do to manually activate the RCS on this page?

(There is a RadioCommunityServer.root file in my Tools folder; also serverMonitor.root and TheXMLFiles.root, along with a discussion group themes folder.)
