Can you open the Frontier application window, choose Window->manilaWebsites.root. Then select and expand the table for the Manila site with the error.

Do you see a #membershipGroup sub-table?

Next, if you expand the "#prefs table, what's the value of defaultMembershipGroup.

If you select the name and copy it to the clipboard. Then choose Main->Jump, paste the membership group name from the clipboard and click OK. Do you jump to a table in the members.root table?

What's the contents in the value column for that object?
