If you install my public domain free bayly.root, there's a way to do this. You would need access to the machine console to do that. Download bayly root from this page http://www.baylys.com/help/. Once installed, run as a quickscript controlpanelAddins.init(), then log in to the admin site. Ask me for the next steps at this point, if you ahev the necessary privilages.
