Is there a way to put "wild-cards" in the IP number. For example, Manila seems to match exactly what is in the form on page 2.2 in the admin pages. The college has a range of IP numbers following 134.210.

Can I use 134.210.0.0 or 134.210.*.*?

I ask because no matter what I put in as the IP number -- and I've tried
all of the combinations I can think of -- I get an error. In other words, NO IP number is acceptable.
