We need to erase the disk of the machine our Manila is installed on. Our plan is to backup Manila (we do this each night anyway), stop Manila, stop the machine, reformat the drive, install the os and ancillary programs and then re-install Manila. We will download the latest version available.
It is at this point that we are not sure of the procedure. Do we simply restore the backed-up files to the newly-formatted and newly installed Manila? Or is there another process? How do we make Manila "aware" of the various root files? Etc.?

ps: I've skimmed through the doc but didn't immediately see instructions on this point.
