Lawrence,

When I attempted the root updates from your site over the Internet, I received a timeout error. I set the timeout to 10 million seconds; however, it still failed. You had emailed me saying that the next time we wanted to try the 9.5 upgrade you would send me the files directly. Please send them as I would like to try the upgrade on a test server on Monday, June 18th. I believe you have my email address. If the files are not over 5Mb you can send them via email. You may have to change the extension to something like .doc if they are of a .exe nature.
