New Message: html debugging help required on home page template.

I run two sites and have been editing the home page template on both. The Welcome message on the 'Ridgeway' site appears in the correct place. The corresponding message on the 'College' site is shunted down an inch or two:

www.manilasites.com/ridgeway
www.manilasites.com/clairescourtthecollege

Checking the coding, I can't see much of a difference between the two pages. (I'm not an expert in html, but can get by with a bit of guess work + copy and paste!)

What I am missing here?
