I'm creating a Manila tool / plug-in that installs website fragments into a site on a server, as well as having its own admin page for server-side configuration that all sites' tools use in common.

Well, the website fragment path and the admin server tool website paths usually don't collide unless that site happens to be a top-level domain, like www.example.com.

It seems that Manila thinks my www.example.com site is somehow the server admin site when it's not. Plus, I only want the server admin page to show when I'm administering the server on the 5336 port.

Any suggestions? For now, I'm having to change the site's tool path to something other than the actual plugin name to avoid this conflict.

I've seen other Tools install a control panel. Is this the preferred way? Any docs? (silly question?) :)
