9.6b1 Application Available: Com verb crash-fix

A new Windows-only Frontier application is available for download.  
Version 9.6b1 addresses a crashing bug in the  
system.verbs.builtins.com verbs.

This application-only release is available for download here:

There are no other functional changes since 9.5.

*** Who Should Install

If you run any applications which use Frontier's com verbs, you  
should install this release. Otherwise you can safely wait for the  
next version.
