If you can temporarily turn on debug mode (note: you can't leave this running since it can quickly grow in size if you have a fair bit of traffic on the server) and get them to load the site. We might be able to find some more data to determine what's happening.

You can enable the debug mode on the Logging and Statistics settings page in the Frontier Admin site.

After disabling debug mode, open the Frontier application window. Choose Main->Jump and enter: config.mainresponder

Select the debuglog sub-table and choose Main->Export. Email that file to me at lawrence\@userland.com

You can delete the debuglog table as well when you are done.
