New Message: Default Text Within New Stories

This is what I would like to do: When the user clicks "Create a New Story" instead of the new story being blank, I would like to place instructional text inside the story so that everytime a user clicks "Create a New Story" there would be instructional text for example: "Begin typing your content" or something like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
