The addedValues plugin can do pretty well any flavour of RSS feed that you wish including the formatting of the feed item and header, selecting of messages to include, feeds that require a membership , and feeds from a secure server (using TLS port 443 server).

We haven't tried doing the Apple format yet, but one site has been podcasting for a while already. The Apple format is on the todo list
