Thanks Lawrence - 5336 actually wasn't listed at user.inetd.listens but when I went to user.inetd.config.http2, I noticed that the old IP address was listed there, so I changed it, saved, shut down and restarted Frontier, and user.inetd.listens now showed 5336 and I am into the control panel.
