I am having exactly the same problem. The sites display just fine, I just can't get to the Admin. My settings in user.inetd.config.http2 are

count 30; daemon at system.verbs.builtins.webserver.server; noWait true; port 5336; startup true; titmeout 30

user.inetd.listens are

5336 2 items
80 2 items

Suggestions will be greatly appreciated
