There's no way to add to the list of tags presented , short of patching Manila or adding entries to tables in websites.

If there were a change it would need to respect the point of having legal tags, which is that Manila neuters dangerous stuff , so I'd see it as somethign only a server administrator could change. So there'd have to be a controlpanel interface, which makes it a big change for a single rarely used tag.

Ask me off-list for a way to add it manually to a website.
