..is kind of broken, as are some of the ones to which it links.

(I'm trying to figure out how to set per-site gem folder URLs for a static server, so that uploaded files get written to a folder and served by apache, but every site on the server doesn't have to use the same URL for its gems, and each one can have its own example.com/gems URL.)
