Here's what's new in Frontier update #0792:

system.verbs.builtins.Frontier.tools.windowTypes.commands.openUrl changed on 10/15/2005; 2:27:12 AM (#0792): Many small improvements: Use URL on clipboard if present, don't open multiple windows with same URL, open URLs as read-only windows, set the window's url attribute to the URL of the window, cache more information to reduce latency re-opening the same URL, and check the Content-Length header returned by server when comparing against the local cache.
