Here's what's new in Frontier update #0761:

system.verbs.builtins.xml.entityDecode changed on 9/5/2005; 6:02:39 AM (#0761): Fixed decoding of alpha entities when s contains no numeric entities, and flAlphaEntities is true. If flSkipMalformedEntities is false, we now actually generate an error. flSkipMalformedEntities and flDecodeHexEntities now default to true.
