New Message: Member has a problem posting messages

I have a member who can post to my site from his work computer but not from his home computer. He claims they are set up identically and that he does not log off the site at work. I tried to simply rejoin him with his e-mail address and have the computer send him a randomly-generated password, but nothing was ever sent to him.

What should I do? This person wants access both from work and home.
