Here's what's new in Frontier update #0818:

system.verbs.builtins.soap.decode.struct changed on 4/13/2006; 3:50:22 AM (#0818): New optional parameter, flDuplicatesToArrays. If true, duplicate scalars are converted to arrays of scalars.
