Here's what's new in Frontier update #0822:

system.verbs.builtins.soap.decode.array changed on 4/13/2006; 4:09:22 AM (#0822): New optional parameter, flDuplicatesToArrays. If true, duplicate scalars are converted to arrays of scalars. Default is false, preserving existing behavior. Also passed in calls to soap.decode.main.
