There's a known issue with the Default theme that causes an error messaage on the Discuss page that will be fixed in the Manila 9.6 release.

The theme files are served from the /ops/themes/ sub-folder of your Manila folder.

If you want, I can email you an updated version of the Default theme that you can install so you don't get the error message.
