You should place the script in the user.scheduler.everyMinute table.

Choose Main->Jump and enter user.scheduler.everyMinute then click OK.

Then choose Table->New Script and enter keepFrontierRunning for the script name.

Then copy/paste the keepFrontierRunning script from the docs page:
