An alternative method:

1) Open the Frontier application window

2) Select File->New and create a new database file. You should see a new window open with the new database.

2) Choose Window->manilaWebsites.root and find the table you want to move. Select it so it's highlighted and choose Edit->Copy

3) Then switch to the new database you just created and choose Edit->Paste. You should see the Manila site table name in the new window after it's copied.

4) Then choose File->Save Database.

5) Exit Frontier and transfer the file to the new server.

>From there, you should choose File->Open to selct the database. Then copy/paste it into the manilaWebsites.root on the new server. Then Server->Install Site with the Manila site table selected.
