 One way to compact the databases is to open each one and do a save a copy then replace the old one (I have a script orig from one of the Dave's I think) that will do this for all open databases. It can really make a difference. email me at sdevore at teachesme dot com for it if you want a copy. Also there used to be a great bounce suite by david b that was really good and I used it in my os 9 days.
