Any Help?

Our copy of Frontier (Manila) crashes overnight about every other day. An application error is thrown that reads 'Faulting application Frontier.exe, version 9.5.0.10, faulting module Frontier.exe, version 9.5.0.10, fault address 0x0002f7d0.' No other information is given. The fault address is nearly always the same address, and it usually happens a few seconds after midnight. The most recent seven occurrences are:

1/20/06 @ 2:30 AM
1/23/06 @ 12:00 AM
2/5/06 @ 10:42 PM
2/8/06 @ 12:00 AM
2/8/06 @ 8:39 AM (address 0x00070d5b)
2/10/06 @ 12:01 AM
2/12/06 @ 12:00 AM

It's very sluggish starting up, often taking 2-3 minutes before the system tray icon can be double-clicked to make the management window open, and sometimes takes two or three attempts to restart it. It also makes other processes on the same server (such as desktop refresh) run slowly.

Manila sites are set to backup at 1:00 AM; changed databases are changed once every minute. Every HTTP request is logged; all checkboxes under 'Common Log Format' are checked. The ops\logs folder is 131Mb and has files dating back to 11/1/05. The ops\backup folder is 119Mb. The drive on which both reside is a 8.54Gb drive with 2.97Gb free. WebEdit and Debugging are not on
