You would probably want to use the Stories page to create a new story, copy/paste the content from the contact.html into the new story editing box and then post it.

You'll then see an Admin box below your newly created story. You can define a relative path eg. /contact and then click Submit.

So when you load the page, g4yrbk.penobscot.k12.me.us/contact

You would see the new story at that path.
