I'm having an issue when i try to change the base URL of my sites via the manage this site page of the admin site.

when I change a site from http://myip/mysite to a domain name. I get an error when i try to access the preferences to the site.

when i click prefs the url points to: http://www.mydomain.com/admin/sitePrefs/default$welcome

But when i then click on advanced and template it returns the following url which is wrong:

http://www.mydomain.com/mysite/admin/sitePrefs/default$advanced_template

which is wrong. (where mysite is the same site name from before I changed the URL. IE http://myip/mysite)

I know this is really confusing but I hope someone can point me in the right direction to getting this fixed. I need to fix this before I can open any of my sites to the public.
