Make an new script at at workspace.myIp, and replace the default new script text by pasting in the following

on myIP () {
 local (pta = html.getpageTableAddress());
 return pta^.client}

click compile. The file menu save.

Now go to the admin site; settings, legal macros add workspace.myIP as a legal acro, with parameters.

Now you should be able to call it with {workspace.myIP()} in a template or message text.
