This should be really simple but so far I havnt figured it out.

what tricks do I have to do to get little snippets of JS to work inside manila? site stats and things like that require you to put some javascript into the head section of your page. I can do that fine but it doesnt appear to be working right. When I put it into a story it gets displayed as text.
