If you open the Frontier application window and then choose Main->Jump.

Try entering eighthgradeManilaWebsite["#navigator"].outline and then click OK.

In the text window that opens, do you see any text or is it blank?

I would also try jumping to:

homeManilaWebsite.["#navigator"]

And delete the structure item (Manila automatically rebuilds the table). Then retest if you can load the pages.
