Manila Navigation menu items can be reordered with an easy to use  
viewer.

Wouldn't it be great if a NewsDays's NewsItems could be reordered in  
a very similar way.

This would allow us to EASILY change the ORDER of news items during a  
specific newsday instead of
being forced into the reverse-chronological format which is not  
always appropriate. The most current news is not always the most  
important.
