Hi, all,

I've been trying to use the new FeedBurner FeedFlares with Manila. The FeedBurner team has done some analysis and has tentatively concluded that these aren't working since the {PermalinkURL} macro returns "#" literally instead of "%23".

Is it possible to convince Manila to produce these URLs with URL encoding instead of literally?
