That's a good idea, but renaming a file in Finder does not change the modified date. After that failed, I realized that "touch" resets the date. In Terminal, I did the following:

# cd /Applications/Frontier/Guest\ Databases/www/files/llurie
# touch ChrisElections.wmv

That did the trick!
